How It Works
A Clear and Structured Admissions Process
Every engagement follows the same five stages, so students and parents always know what has been done and what comes next.
01
Initial Consultation
Understand the student's education, experience, interests and objectives.
02
Study Recommendation
Identify and compare suitable institutions and programmes.
03
Document Preparation
Organise the required information and supporting documents.
04
Application Submission
Prepare and coordinate applications with the selected institutions.
05
Admission and Enrolment
Assist with offer acceptance, enrolment requirements and the next steps.
Before we begin
What to have ready for your first consultation
Nothing is compulsory at the first meeting, but the more you can share, the more specific our recommendations can be.
- Academic transcripts and certificates from your most recent studies
- Passport or identification details
- English language evidence, where the institution requires it
- A curriculum vitae for postgraduate or professional applications
- Your intended intake and preferred area of study

How long does it take?
Timelines depend on the institution, the programme and the intake you are targeting. Once your intake is confirmed, we set out an indicative schedule with the deadlines that matter, and work backwards from them. Admission and Student’s Pass decisions remain with the respective institutions and relevant authorities.
